amzn-phist 976272d9cf Cleans up more legacy code from ACE ...

Rewrote some code to replace gEnv->pCryPak and ISystem usage.  One place
was grabbing a Camera view from ISystem, replaced with simple identity
matrix.  Cleaned up include headers.
