Merged overlapping profiler EBuses/Interfaces into AzCore
Fixed ambiguous LogLevel type in some unity file scenarios
Added cvar/console access for profiler capture
Added utilities for reflecting AZ::Interfaces through the BehaviorContext
Included profiler system sample python script
