Added ShaderAsset2, ShaderVariantAsset2.
Eventually they will be the only builders. AzslBuilder &
SrgLayoutBuilder will be removed.
ShaderResourceGroupAsset will be removed. ShaderAssetBuilder &
ShaderVariantAssetBuilder will be replaced.
