Remove I3DEngine CryCommon Interface (#567)
Delete: - I3DEngine - Missions - Time of day - GameEffectsSystem Gem - ImageProcessing Gem - SVOGI Gem - Various other things that don't do anything now that the legacy renderer has been removed.
