Remove legacy serialization and QPropertyTree (#684)

Remove:
- CryCommon/CryExtension/*
- CryCommon/Serialization/*
- Sandbox/Plugins/EditorCommon/QPropertyTree/*
- All related CryCommon interfaces
- All CrySystem implementations
- Various related Editor classes
