nvsickle	3c315df36f	Fix Camera transform property notifications. ... Moves transform notification logic from CComponentEntityObject::InvalidateTM (which will eventually go away) to AzToolsFramework::TransformComponent::OnTransformChanged. We also specifically make sure PropertyEditorEntityChangeNotifications::OnEntityComponentPropertyChanged fires, which is used by Track View to detect camera position changes.	5 years ago
